During last night\u2019s\u00a0Real Housewives of Potomac<\/strong>\u00a0reunion, series star\u00a0Ashley Darby<\/strong>\u00a0revealed that she and her husband,\u00a0Michael Darby,<\/strong>\u00a0are finally ready to start a family. It was a happy announcement that followed a season\u2019s worth of\u00a0fighting between the couple, and Ashley wondering if she was \u2018wasting her time\u2019 in a marriage with a man who didn\u2019t want children.<\/p>\n

However, it was marred by the revelation that the couple\u2019s first attempt at parenthood ended in a tragic loss.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cMichael and I are in a much better place,\u201d Ashley explained to host\u00a0Andy Cohen<\/strong>. \u201cWe are trying to have a family. \u00a0I actually did conceive a week before my birthday and unfortunately, I had a miscarriage two weeks into the pregnancy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ashley, who turned 30 in June, went on to explain that this was not her first miscarriage, and that she now fears it may be indicative of a larger problem.<\/p>\n

\u201cI had one when I was in my early 20s, so now I\u2019m worried if there\u2019s something going on with my body,\u201d she revealed.<\/p>\n

Some of Ashley\u2019s castmates got emotional as she opened up about her loss, especially\u00a0Monique Samuels<\/strong>\u00a0who also\u00a0suffered a miscarriage\u00a0last year.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m sorry to hear that Ashley,\u201d said Monique, before she burst into tears. \u201cI wouldn\u2019t wish that on anybody\u2026 I know what that feels like. I wouldn\u2019t want anybody to go through that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Following the show, Ashley, took to her Twitter to thank fans for their support.<\/p>\n

She wrote, \u201cIt\u2019s clear that a few ladies and I have had our share of differences, but sharing the news that Michael and I lost a baby was tough. The sympathy from every woman meant the world to me. We bicker and battle, but life is special. I still love them all \u2764\ufe0f #RHOP.\u201d<\/p>\n

Along with the tweet, she also shared the photo of her positive pregnancy test \u2013<\/p>\n
