Former\u00a0Real Housewives of New Jersey<\/strong>\u00a0stars\u00a0Jim\u00a0Marchese<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Amber\u00a0Marchese<\/strong>\u00a0have dropped their lawsuit against the Virgin America airline, after the airline had Jim arrested two years ago for domestic violence.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you recall, Jim was arrested back in April of 2016 after a flight attendant told cops she saw him choking Amber during a fight the couple had.<\/p>\n

Ultimately, cops decided not to pursue those domestic violence charges, and Jim then filed a lawsuit against the airline in October of 2016, claiming defamation and alleging the flight attendant lied about the domestic violence claims.<\/p>\n

Virgin America however fired back with their own countersuit against Jim, alleging that he not only choked his wife but also threatened to kill her as they were boarding the plane.\u00a0The airline stated that the flight attendant heard Jim tell Amber, \u201cIf you want to be on equal f*****g playing fields then carry the f*****g bags.\u201d<\/p>\n

Later, the\u00a0flight attendant saw Jim allegedly choking Amber, as he pulled her face close to him and stated, \u201cB**ch, if you do that again, I will f*****g kill you.\u201d They added that the flight attendant had no idea who Jim was, as Jim was claiming in his lawsuit that the flight attendant was someone who was familiar with him and didn\u2019t like him.<\/p>\n

The Blast\u00a0is now reporting today that Jim and Amber\u00a0reached an agreement with the airline to drop their lawsuit, and in return, Virgin America agreed to drop their countersuit against the couple.<\/p>\n
