After the piece’s author, Josh Newis-Smith remarked\u00a0“her energy and warmth is palpable,”<\/p>\n

Paltrow paid the compliment forward to her man, responding:\u00a0\u201cWell, you have my husband to thank for that!\u201d<\/p>\n

The wellness advocate\u00a0revealed her new marriage to Falchuk\u00a0at the end of September,<\/p>\n

sharing a photo of their hands embracing, donning matching gold bands\u00a0on Instagram.<\/p>\n

They tied the knot in a discrete ceremony in the Hamptons. Earlier this year, they\u00a0confirmed their engagement\u00a0in January.<\/p>\n

When asked about her second marriage, Paltrow raved to Glamour. \u201cIt\u2019s fantastic,\u201d she shared.\u00a0\u201cI feel so lucky and I am so grateful.”<\/p>\n

She added: “It\u2019s different to be in your mid-forties; do it again and bring all your experience, your pain, your happiness, suffering \u2013 everything. It\u2019s actually very heartening, I feel very optimistic!\u201d<\/p>\n

Paltrow, 46, split from\u00a0musician Chris Martin after a decade of marriage in 2014.<\/p>\n

Speaking to\u00a0Goop’s ability to put women’s sexuality in the forefront, Paltrow explained, \u201cOne of the things we really try to do is eliminate shame. Women, I think have a lot of shame around their sexuality \u2013 we have been conditioned that way for a long time. We feel if we open up conversations, sell a product and we shine a light on it, the shame starts to dissipate.\u201d<\/p>\n
