On Sunday, Marcil revealed that Green and\u00a0his wife, Megan Fox, are not in contact with his oldest son (who he shares with Marcil), Kassius.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The 50-year-old actress started sharing her story on Instagram by talking about journalist Lisa Ling\u2019s show on custody cases. Then, she gave specific details about what she has been through with Green.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201c12 years ago I was served legal papers and then spent 8 years+ defending myself and my son in custody court in response to his father &amp; his stepmother trying to get full custody (that means I would have seen my son four days a month) and then asking me to pay them child support. They lost that case &amp; a civil case asking me for 200,000,\u201d wrote Marcil.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" dir=\"ltr\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">This is so cold!!\u00a0https:\/\/t.co\/gyHIxd0ky1\u00a0#BrianAustinGreen#VanessaMarcil\u00a0#MeganFox<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Perez (@ThePerezHilton)\u00a0November 13, 2018<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Green and Marcil welcomed their now 16-year-old son back in March 2002. But, after they split Green married Fox, and they now have three sons together.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Marcil says that she never spoke publicly about her custody case because when she was in the middle of it, Kassius was young and she wanted to shield him from the paparazzi. She added that she never asked for child support and has never tried to keep her son from seeing his dad.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">However, after Green and Fox lost their court cases, which the judge called \u201cfrivolous,\u201d they decided to cut themselves and their children out of Kassius\u2019 life. Marcil says that her son has never met his youngest brother, and he isn\u2019t allowed to know where his dad, stepmom, and younger brothers live.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The former\u00a0<em>General Hospital<\/em>\u00a0star says that custody cases hurt children, and she urged her followers to put their kids first.
