He\u2019s also asking the court to determine a custody schedule that is \u201cin the children\u2019s best interest.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">He\u2019s also requesting monthly child support and alimony from JWoww, and is challenging the couple\u2019s prenuptial agreement. It\u2019s unclear what the terms of the reality stars\u2019 prenup were, but Mathews wants a judge to find it \u201cinvalid and unenforceable.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">As we reported, JWoww filed for divorce on September 12 and cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. In contrast to her estranged husband, JWoww is requesting that the prenup remain intact and valid.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">JWoww\u2019s divorce documents, requested primary physical custody for\u00a0<strong>Meilani<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Greyson<\/strong>, but made noted that she wants Mathews to get visitation and pay child support.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The road to divorce has not been easy for the reality stars, as JWoww just publicly\u00a0accused Mathews of domestic abuse\u00a0and shared a video of him shoving her to the ground.
