According to a report from Variety.com, Christina Applegate had to overcome many negative emotions as a consequence of starring in Netflix\u2019s series,\u00a0Dead To Me.<\/em>Christina, who also works as one of the show\u2019s executive producers, said to Variety that filming\u00a0Dead To Me<\/em>\u00a0had a serious effect on her psychological and physical health.<\/p>\n

During one scene, Applegate performs a dance routine inspired by Fosse. The actress said she had been in \u201ctraction for a week\u201d because she hadn\u2019t danced in probably ten years before that day. The 47-year-old said to Variety that her \u201cold\u201d body simply can\u2019t do it anymore.<\/p>\n

\u201cJen, my character, is grieving in the worst way possible,\u201d the actress stated, \u201cbut that\u2019s her way,\u201d Applegate told the outlet that people shouldn\u2019t have a limit in terms of how they grieve; there has to be an expression of that negative emotion, and it\u2019s best if individuals have a support system that doesn\u2019t judge them.<\/p>\n
