According to a report from Us Weekly, Britney Spears is getting ready to end her conservatorship following an independent expert evaluation regarding her mental health. The idea is to determine whether she has the faculty to take legal responsibility for herself.<\/p>\n

On the 10th of May, Friday, Britney, 37, appeared before a judge to discuss her conservatorship, which means she would have to submit to a \u201c730 evaluation.\u201d The source who spoke with the outlet claims Britney is looking to end the agreement and the 730 evaluation is the first foot forward in the process.<\/p>\n

Her mother, however, Lynne Spears, supposedly isn\u2019t supportive of the plan, stating that she\u2019s not ok with Britney\u2019s decision, because she doesn\u2019t believe it\u2019s in her best interest. Regardless, she is powerless to stop it, because Britney is a grown woman.<\/p>\n
