At the time the couple met, Fox, who was 17 at the time, was starring on “Hope & Faith” with Ripa.<\/p>\n
During a recent episode of “Live With Kelly And Ryan”, Green recalled the table read where he first met Fox.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was Kelly and Ted McGinley [who played Fox’s father on the show], who, at the table read, was like, \u2018She\u2019s 17. So nobody touch her,\u2019\u201d Green said. \u201cSo I was like, \u2018All right. Fair enough.\u2019 I had no intention at that point of dating.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cMeanwhile, she had a calendar with a big circle on her birthday, like, \u2018This is the day I turn 18,\u2019\u201d Ripa teased.<\/p>\n
The host then went on to speak about how the “Transformers” star was obviously into the “BH90210” actor.<\/p>\n

\u201cI could tell she was so into you,\u201d Ripa said. \u201cListen, she has eyes. We all have eyes. We\u2019re all into you. But she was so obviously smitten.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cLong story short, I\u2019m glad you didn\u2019t listen to me,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n
Green responded, \u201cThank you. So am I.\u201d<\/p>\n
The two reconnected once Fox turned 18. They have been married since 2018 and have three boys Noah, 6, Bodhi, 5, and Journey, 3.<\/p>\n
