Gigi Hadid has arguably one of the most bangin\u2019 bods in the world. While she\u2019s always been vocal about her love of boxing, she told Cond\u00e9 Nast Traveller the one workout she really hates.<\/p>\n
When asked how she stays fit while she travels, she replied, \u201cI just can\u2019t go to the gym and run \u2013 I\u2019d rather die.\u201d<\/p>\n
She continues to explain that she prefers workouts with a bit more of an atmosphere. \u201cI grew up outdoors, so my favorite thing to do is to make the most of the scenery,\u201d she told the publication. \u201cI cycle everywhere and swim in the sea at any spare moment.\u201d<\/p>\n
The 24-year-old has always been pretty vocal about her distaste for running. Back in February 2017, she made a video with Reebok where she declared she was \u201crunning-free.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cDon\u2019t put me on a treadmill please!\u201d<\/p>\n
Instead, she prefers staying active and fit by tossing one some gloves. \u201cBoxing\u2018s been great for me,\u201d she told Vogue in January this year. \u201cIt\u2019s like my new sport and it\u2019s something that I can get better at.\u201d<\/p>\n
She explained that the reason she loves it is because she can get more into the technicality of it, which helps her get lost in the workout. \u201cWhen you\u2019re boxing, you get so into it mentally that you kind of forget what\u2019s going on. You forget that you\u2019re working out, so by the end of the hour, I\u2019m like, \u2018Wait, we\u2019re done?’\u201d<\/p>\n
But it\u2019s not just exercising that helps her maintain her killer physique. In July, she told Us that she always tries really hard to eat as healthy as possible. \u201cI do have my occasional artichoke pizza, like tonight,\u201d she said. \u201cI think the most important thing is just to have a balance and to have portion control.
