The event was held Jan 15 at De Oosterpoort in Groningen, the Netherlands.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Since its inception in 2009, the European Festival Awards has honored festivals and individuals in such areas as health and safety, social awareness, forward thinking and sustainability.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Eilish&#8217;s debut album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?, has reached No. 1 in several European countries &#8211; the U.K., Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, as well as in the U.S. (on the Billboard 200), Canada, Australia and New Zealand.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Lucy Dickins, who heads WME&#8217;s U.K. music division, took agent of the year.
