<\/p>\nMONEY HEIST’S Denver has been through a lot during the four seasons he has appeared in La Casa De Papel with several highs and lows. As fans anxiously await news of a fifth series, Denver star Jaime Lorente has opened up on his character and the challenges he has faced.<\/p>\n

Money Heist\u2019s Denver (played by Jaime Lorente) is much-loved by fans, especially after he fell for hostage M\u00f3nica Gaztambide (Esther Acebo) who went on to join the heist gang and become Stockholm. Denver has been on quite the journey since he teamed up with The Professor (Alvor Morte) to rob the Royal Mint with viewers seeing him change from an annoying son to responsible and caring father.<\/p>\n

But it has been Denver\u2019s experiences which have shaped him as a person and shown him how to care for those around him.<\/p>\n
He lost his father Moscow (Paco Tous) in season two and now his future with Stockholm looks uncertain as she revealed she doesn\u2019t want a violent man around their son Cincinnati.<\/p>\n

Speaking about the toughest moment for Denver and for Jaime to shoot, the actor explained: \u201cThe most difficult scene for me has to be the one where Moscow, Denver\u2019s father dies in season two because it was an emotional scene.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt was very painful and it required a lot of mental preparation because of how tough the situation was.\u201d<\/p>\n
Despite the scene being \u201cpainful\u201d to shoot, Jaime explained the first and second seasons will \u201calways be my favourite\u201d.<\/p>\n
He told Identity Magazine: \u201cWe had the opportunity to go on trips and travel to many places and countries then.<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd at that time, it was the start of the big recognition the show was getting.\u201d<\/p>\n

Referencing Denver and Stockholm\u2019s relationship and what is in store for them, he continued: \u201cSeason four is all about exploring the internal emotional situation for all the characters in regards to everything they have gone and are still going through.<\/p>\n
\u201cAs for Denver, saving his relationship [with Monica] takes a big chunk of his thoughts throughout this specific season.<\/p>\n
\u201cEspecially whether or not the relationship is going to survive whatever this crucial heist brings this time.\u201d<\/p>\n
It comes after Stockholm star Esther hinted her character could decide to leave Denver and run off with Cincinnati after the Bank of Spain heist.<\/p>\n
All Stockholm wants is a loving partner and father for her son and she\u2019s been turned off by Denver\u2019s violent and jealous behaviour in recent series.<\/p>\n
