Alec Baldwin<\/a>\u00a0is supporting\u00a0Ellen DeGeneres<\/a>\u00a0amid allegations of a toxic workplace environment on her eponymous daytime talk show.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The actor, 62,\u00a0appeared virtually<\/a>\u00a0on\u00a0The Ellen DeGeneres Show<\/em><\/a>\u00a0on Wednesday, telling the longtime host, also 62, to “keep going” despite “some patches of white water.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“Before we\u00a0talk about my kids,<\/a>\u00a0Ellen, I just want to say you are someone, I have followed your career from when you were doing stand-up and you were a solo performer,” Baldwin said. “I have watched the films you’ve done, and I’ve watched your success on this TV show, and you are one of the funniest and most talented women, one of the most funny and talented people, in all of show business.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“We all have some patches of white water here,” added the\u00a030 Rock\u00a0<\/em>star, “but you keep going. Don\u2019t you stop doing what you\u2019re doing.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Thanking Baldwin for his kind words, DeGeneres told the fellow comedian, “That means so much to me, I appreciate it.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
