Phil Collins<\/a>\u00a0is reportedly taking steps to evict ex-wife Orianne from his Florida mansion.<\/p>\n

The “In the Air Tonight” singer, 69, originally split from Orianne, 46, in\u00a02006 after six years of marriage<\/a>, and the two reconciled 10 years later,\u00a0entering a relationship again<\/a>\u00a0after she divorced investment banker\u00a0Charles Mejjati<\/a>. Collins reportedly paid Orianne, a jewelry designer,\u00a0$46.68 million in their 2008 divorce<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Now,\u00a0TMZ<\/a>\u00a0reports, Collins and Orianne \u2014 who share\u00a0sons Nicholas, 19, and Matthew, 15 \u2014\u00a0have called it quits again, and she allegedly refuses to vacate their home.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The outlet claims Orianne married another man in August after telling Collins she was taking a business trip to Las Vegas. Citing sources close to the musician, TMZ said Collins gave Orianne until Friday afternoon to pack her bags and leave, but she refused and allegedly threatened him to renegotiate their divorce settlement. The outlet also reported that Collins intends to file an eviction lawsuit this week.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A rep for Collins had no comment. Orianne’s attorney, Frank Maister, did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Maister said in a statement to\u00a0The Sun<\/em><\/a>: \u201cWe will deal with Mr. Collins in the courthouse, not the gossip column.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Back in February 2016, Collins confirmed to PEOPLE that\u00a0he and Orianne resumed their relationship<\/a>, explaining that it\u00a0\u201cwasn\u2019t something we wanted to make a song and dance about.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cBut obviously when you have children, there\u2019s two ways you can go. You can go the nasty way or you can go the nice way, and we always went the nice way \u2026 and we realized we missed each other,\u201d he added at the time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Addressing whether they planned to tie the knot again, Collins said at the time that a marriage re-do was \u201cnot impossible, it just hasn\u2019t been discussed.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cWe are still enjoying living in a house together and changing light bulbs,\u201d said the former Genesis drummer, as Orianne added: \u201cWe are back together, we are very happy and time will tell as far as the future \u2013 who knows?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The pair also told PEOPLE that their two sons were “over the moon” about their reunion.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cMatthew was saying it was his wish for his birthday. He was born on the first of December and he said, \u2018Oh, my wish came true,\u2019\u201d said Orianne at the time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

One element that likely brought the duo closer together was\u00a0their mutual health struggles<\/a>. After a spinal operation in 2014 left Orianne partially paralyzed, Collins came to Switzerland to care for their children, at which point Orianne (who has since regained mobility) said her ex was, \u201cgreat supporting me through months of agony.\u201d Collins previously said: \u201c[The children] needed one of us. Now they\u2019ve got both of us whether they like it or not.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Collins has also dealt with his own health issues over the years. In 2017, the artist\u00a0fell while going to the bathroom in the middle of the night, where he hit his head on a chair, according to a post on his\u00a0Facebook page<\/a>\u00a0at the time. Collins required stitches for a \u201csevere gash on his head close to his eye.\u201d He was held at the hospital for 24 hours for observation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The singer also underwent back surgery in 2015 and revealed that the nerve damage and multiple foot fractures left him feeling like he\u2019s walking \u201con sticks.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t know if I\u2019ll ever be fit enough to play the drums again on tour,\u201d said Collins of his health in 2017. \u201cMy left arm has changed \u2013 it\u2019s a neural thing. The back surgery I had was great \u2013 I mean, how good can surgery be? But it was problem-free. But then when I was recovering on crutches, I fell and fractured my foot. When I recovered from foot surgery, I fell again and fractured another part of the same foot. My right foot now is completely numb.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
