Like John, Nikki has also moved on to a new lover: her former dance partner on\u00a0Dancing with the Stars<\/em>,\u00a0Artem Chigvintsev<\/strong><\/a>, whom she\u00a0welcomed a son<\/a>\u00a0named\u00a0Matteo<\/strong>\u00a0with this past July. \u201cShe\u2019s still adjusting to the thrill of motherhood and can\u2019t wait to marry Artem in her dream wedding,\u201d our source continues.
