They didn\u2019t receive any answers until this weekend when Boof alluded to his departure after a clip of Williams from Friday\u2019s episode looking unwell went viral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">After a fan\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CGxA0MPFQbV\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">on Instagram<\/a>\u00a0called for Williams to \u201cseriously get help,\u201d claiming her camp is simply \u201cwatching\u201d her \u201cspiral,\u201d another fan suggested that was why Boof left the show.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\u201cYup exactly and it will all come out..\u201d Boof replied. \u201cY\u2019all have no idea what\u2019s really going on and everyone there is afraid to speak up because they don\u2019t wanna lose their jobs.. this is going to play out bad.. I feel sorry for the workers and victims.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">A rep for Williams didn\u2019t immediately return Page Six\u2019s request for comment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">From the start of Friday\u2019s episode, Williams seemed to struggle to speak. She took long pauses, slurred her words and veered off the conversation. At one point, she pronounced Adele\u2019s name Ho-dele. After the episode was\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=grt4juvgotA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">uploaded to YouTube<\/a>, fans immediately expressed their concern for her sobriety.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\u201cLook at her eyes,\u201d wrote one fan. \u201cPoor woman it\u2019s so obvious that she\u2019s high.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\u201cOn a serious note I think Wendy has relapsed and is depressed deep down because of the divorce and then being quarantined ALONE by herself!\u201d wrote another. \u201cI Do think she needs to go to rehab again.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\u201cI\u2019m in shock that they would allow this to air,\u201d noted another. \u201cI was so uncomfortable for her as she is clearly on something\u2026.. ugh.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">In 2019, Williams revealed she had been\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2019\/03\/19\/wendy-williams-reveals-shes-been-living-in-a-sober-house\/\">residing in a sober-living facility<\/a>\u00a0after\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2019\/03\/19\/wendy-williams-reveals-shes-been-living-in-a-sober-house\/\">relapsing<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Viewers were shocked when Season 12 of \u201cThe Wendy Williams Show\u201d began without the talk show\u2019s longtime fixture, DJ Boof.
