After congratulated Little Monsters who have already cast their ballots, Gaga reappeared in the blue cutout bodysuit and blunt-cut blond bangs from 2009\u2019s \u201cPoker Face\u201d video, followed by the crystal-covered bodysuit, boots and eye mask from her 2017 Super Bowl performance.<\/p>\n
