his messy split from Orianne Cevey<\/a>, Cevey has filed court docs claiming the Genesis star stinks \u2014 and that he\u2019s impotent.<\/p>\nShe lodged papers in Miami Monday accusing him of reneging on his deal to give her half of their $40 million home.<\/p>\n
But in the papers, seen by Page Six, she painted Collins, 69, as an addled \u201chermit\u201d who didn\u2019t wash or brush his teeth for months.<\/p>\n
Cevey, 46, claimed in the court papers that in 2017 Collins started drinking heavily and popping prescription pills, alleging that he\u2019d often \u201cfall down from the combination of prescription medicines and excessive alcohol.\u201d<\/p>\n
She even said that \u201con multiple occasions, he hit his head when he fell, and checked into hospitals under an alias.\u201d<\/p>\n
The papers even say he has \u201ccollapsed on stage when performing because he was so impaired he could not stand up.\u201d<\/p>\n
She also claimed that by 2019, Collins \u201cbecame increasingly depressed, withdrawn, abusive and following an operation on his back, increasingly addicted to antidepressants and painkillers.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cHe was incapable of having sex,\u201d the papers claim, \u201cHe stopped showering, brushing his teeth and dressing properly (in fact, he did not shower or brush his teeth from 2019 until August 2020 when he vacated)\u201d their home.<\/p>\n
She also said that he\u2019s unable to compose songs or record music, and he\u2019s \u201cemotionally and verbally abusive towards Orianne and often ignored the needs of his children.\u201d<\/p>\n
Collins\u2019 camp, meanwhile, filed \u201cmotion to strike,\u201d claiming that her filing \u201ccontains a litany of demonstrably false, immaterial, impertinent, scandalous and scurrilous allegations which have nothing to do with the legal claims in this case.\u201d<\/p>\n
The motion adds, \u201cThese allegations are included only to further defendants\u2019 plan to deliberately make sensationalized and\/or false allegations in an effort to extort money from\u2026 Phil Collins.\u201d<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, sources told the Post that many of her claims are simply not true. A friend said: \u201cThe man has a serious neurological problem that requires him to take daily medication and this means he does fall sometimes on stage.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cHe\u2019s currently in the UK in rehearsals with Genesis,\u201d the source added. \u201cIf he was in that much of a state, he would not be able to function.\u201d<\/p>\n
The stunning accusations are part of a struggle over the Miami home they shared together.<\/p>\n
Cevey and Collins were married from 1999 to 2008, and after their divorce she went on to marry Charles Mejati \u2014 only for Cevey and Collins to reunite in 2015.<\/p>\n
In the new court docs, she claims before they got back together, the rock icon told her that if she divorced Mejati and gave up her stake in their $20 million estate on Sunset Island in Miami, he would give her half of their new home \u2014 and she says that Collins has gone back on that promise.<\/p>\n
Collins and Cevey split in July after Cevey sent a text message to Collins saying she had fallen in love \u2014 a month later she secretly wed new husband Thomas Bates, 31.<\/p>\n
Collins tried to evict the newlyweds, but they\u2019ve now reached an agreement that Cevey and Bates will move out of the house in January. It\u2019s now for sale.<\/p>\n
