In a classic example of some under-the-wire paperwork the night before a holiday, Megan Fox has filed for divorce from Brian Austin Green.<\/p>\n

Fox filed papers in LA Wednesday,\u00a0TMZ reports.<\/a>\u00a0The actress, 34, is seeking joint legal and physical custody of the couple\u2019s three children \u2014 8-year-old Noah Shannon, 6-year-old Bodhi Ransom and 4-year-old Journey River \u2014 and wants the ability to forestall spousal support for both halves of the couple.<\/p>\n

TMZ also has the response from Green, 47, who agrees to most of her requests, though he apparently would like spousal support to remain on the table. The couple\u2019s filings also differ on the date of their separation: Green puts it at March 5, 2020, while Megan says they split in November 2019.<\/p>\n

The pair\u2019s protracted separation has turned increasingly contentious as of late.\u00a0Fox came after Green on Instagram over Halloween weekend<\/a>, charging him with \u201cfeeding the pervasive narrative that I\u2019m an absent mother, and you are the perennial, eternally dedicated dad of the year.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYou have them half of the time,\u201d she added. \u201cCongratulations you truly are a remarkable human!\u201d<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Fox\u00a0made her red-carpet debut with her new beau<\/a>, rapper Machine Gun Kelly, 30, at the American Music Awards this week. The couple have been dating for almost six months after meeting on the set of Randall Emmett\u2019s \u201cMidnight in the Switchgrass.\u201d Also\u00a0making its debut was a new tattoo on Fox<\/a>\u00a0reading \u201cel pistolero,\u201d which some fans took as a reference to MGK.<\/p>\n

Fox\u00a0popped up in Kelly\u2019s music video<\/a>\u00a0for \u201cBloody Valentine\u201d in May, the same month\u00a0her split<\/a>\u00a0from husband Green was confirmed. Since then, she and Kelly, self-described\u00a0\u201ctwin flames,\u201d<\/a>\u00a0have become known for\u00a0their public\u00a0declarations of love<\/a>, including when Fox\u00a0called MGK an \u201cachingly beautiful boy\u201d<\/a>\u00a0in a steamy Instagram post.<\/p>\n

In September,\u00a0Kelly proclaimed<\/a>\u00a0he fell in love for \u201cthe first time\u201d with Fox.<\/p>\n
