Over the weekend, the \u201cPitch Perfect\u201d star also posted new photos of herself and teased an upcoming live appearance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\u201cI wanna go live on Insta on Tuesday night when I\u2019m back in US to share stuff with you guys and thank everyone for their support,\u201d Wilson stated.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Earlier this month, Wilson \u2014 who is currently dating Anheuser-Busch heir Jacob Busch \u2014 told People she consumed about 3,000 calories per day prior to her lifestyle change.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\u201cBefore I was probably eating 3,000 calories most days, and because they were normally carbs, I would still be hungry,\u201d she said. \u201cSo, I\u2019ve really changed to eating a high-protein diet, which is challenging because I didn\u2019t used to eat a lot of meat.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Wilson said while her diet consists of fish, salmon, and chicken breast, she allows herself to indulge every so often.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\u201cIt doesn\u2019t mean every week is a healthy week,\u201d Wilson told the outlet. \u201cSome weeks are just write offs, and there\u2019s nothing you can do about that.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Rebel Wilson has marked a major milestone in her \u201cyear of health\u201d journey.
