The sale closes on December 17, we\u2019re told.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">It measures 1.84 acres with 200 feet of private waterfront. The lot was for sale at $31.8 million. Taxes are $472,764 a year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Indian Creek Island is also just over an hour from Trump\u2019s Mar-a-Lago club. Plus, Jared\u2019s younger brother Joshua and his supermodel wife Karlie Kloss this year bought a $22 million home in Miami\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2020\/11\/27\/karlie-kloss-bares-baby-bump-in-red-bikini\/\">ahead of the birth of their first child.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">A source familiar with the deal told us that Ivanka and Jared had been on the hunt in Florida, as many of their friends have moved out of NYC to Florida and the Hamptons, saying: \u201cThe Kushners have been looking to purchase property in Florida for quite some time, and will also maintain their home in New York.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Current and former residents on Indian Creek island include singer Iglesias, billionaire Carl Icahn, Norman Brayman, former Miami Dolphins coach Don Shula, supermodel Adriana Lima, hedge funder Eddie Lampert and billionaire Jeff Soffer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Jared and Ivanka have spent the past four years living with their three kids in the prestigious Kalorama neighborhood of D.C., where they\u2019ve been renting a $15,000-a-month house from Chilean millionaire Andr\u00f3nico Luksic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">They still own their New York City apartment on Park Avenue apartment and have no plans to sell.
