<\/p>\n\nTom Brady and Gisele B\u00fcndchen will be Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump\u2019s new neighbors on Indian Creek Island, also known as the \u201cbillionaire\u2019s bunker\u201d in Miami, Page Six can reveal.<\/p>\n
The couple, who are currently renting Derek Jeter\u2019s sprawling Jetersville mansion in Tampa, have bought 26 Indian Creek for more than $17 million.<\/p>\n
They plan to demolish the current house on the property and and build their dream home in the vein of the Architectural Digest-covered mansion in Brentwood, CA, that they sold to Dr. Dre.<\/p>\n
Tampa Bays Buccaneers QB Brady was seen at the property in recent weeks, sailing in on his 40-foot super-yacht Viva a Vida.<\/p>\n
Their close friends, supermodel Adriana Lima as well as billionaire Jeff Soffer already both live on the island, although we are told that Lima is looking to sell up.<\/p>\n

Other wealthy residents on the exclusive enclave include Julio Iglesias, former Sears CEO Eddie Lampert and billionaire Carl Icahn.<\/p>\n
As we revealed, Kushner and Trump have splashed out $31 million on a plot of land on Indian Creek which has 13 full-time police \u2014 as well as marine guards \u2014 for just 29 residences, sparking local gossip about which school their three kids could attend.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, we\u2019re told Brady and Bundchen are building an environmentally-friendly mansion on the island. They\u2019re both avid design fans \u2014 even fanatical \u201cabout their doorknobs\u201d, with Gisele particularly keen on ensuring all their properties are ecologically sound.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey like to build from the ground up,\u201d a source said. \u201cLook at their Brookline home, this will be like that.\u201d<\/p>\n
This week, the Post\u2019s Jennifer Gould reported they\u2019re about to complete a deal to sell their Tribeca pad for $40 million.<\/p>\n
We\u2019re also told they are now also looking to buy again in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, the property market in Miami is getting even hotter after Bloomberg reported that Goldman Sachs is looking to move its asset division HQ to Southern Florida.<\/p>\n
Nelson Gonzalez, Sr. Vice President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty, and one of Miami Beach\u2019s top realtors specializing in luxury real estate, told Page Six that the Miami market has gone \u201ccrazy\u201d over the past few months.<\/p>\n
He said: \u201cEveryone wants to be in Miami \u2014 they\u2019re coming from New York and California. The market is crazy right now, there are a lot of hedge fund managers and Silicon Valley buyers who have moved down here and with Goldman Sachs looking to set up shop it\u2019s only going to get busier.\u201d<\/p>\n
