Just like magic,\u00a0Ariana Grande<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0is spreading holiday cheer.<\/p>\n

News has learned that the\u00a0“Positions” singer sent Secret Santa gifts and Amazon vouchers\u00a0to hundreds of patients at Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital and Manchester Royal Infirmary.\u00a0The U.K. city\u00a0has\u00a0held\u00a0a special place in Ariana’s heart<\/a>\u00a0ever since\u00a0a terrorist detonated a bomb<\/a>\u00a0during a stop at Manchester Arena on\u00a0her\u00a0Dangerous Woman<\/em>\u00a0tour, killing 22 people and injuring more than 500 others.<\/p>\n

Ariana and\u00a0her fianc\u00e9\u00a0Dalton Gomez<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0also\u00a0gave a helping hand closer to home,\u00a0sending\u00a0UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital patients special gifts from their wishlists. The hospital\u00a0took\u00a0to Instagram<\/a>\u00a0on Wednesday, Dec. 24 to share an adorable series of photos\u00a0featuring some of the kids\u00a0who received presents\u2014which were delivered with surprise pizzas and other goodies\u2014along with cards that read “happy holidays! love ariana grande + dalton gomez.”<\/p>\n

Parents who have kids in the neonatal intensive care unit at both the Los Angeles hospital and in Manchester were treated to presents from Ariana, too. A source tells E! News the moms and dads received gifts like blankets, face creams, lotions and more.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

The generous donations come just three days after Ariana announced\u00a0on Instagram that she’s\u00a0set to marry Dalton<\/a>, a SoCal real estate agent who she first\u00a0sparked romance rumors with in February.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
