Joe Biden<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0will be treated to quite the star-studded evening for his presidential inauguration next week.<\/p>\n

More A-listers have been added to the roster for\u00a0prime-time special\u00a0“Celebrating America” on Jan. 20<\/a>\u00a0in honor of\u00a0President-elect Biden and Vice President-elect\u00a0Kamala Harris<\/strong><\/a>, the Presidential Inaugural Committee (PIC) announced on Friday, Jan. 15.\u00a0Kerry Washington<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Eva Longoria<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0will introduce various segments throughout the night, while\u00a0John Legend<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Bruce Springsteen<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Foo Fighters<\/strong>\u00a0will perform from recognizable locations across the nation.<\/p>\n

They join previously announced performers\u00a0Justin Timberlake<\/strong>,\u00a0Demi Lovato<\/strong>,\u00a0Jon Bon Jovi<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Ant Clemons<\/strong>\u00a0for the 90-minute live program hosted by\u00a0Tom Hanks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On Jan. 14,\u00a0E! News exclusively revealed<\/a>\u00a0that\u00a0Jennifer Lopez<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0will perform during the swearing-in ceremony earlier in the day as Biden becomes the\u00a046th President of the United States<\/a>. Meanwhile,\u00a0Lady Gaga<\/strong>\u00a0has been confirmed as performing the national anthem.<\/p>\n

“Celebrating America” will feature\u00a0speeches from both Biden\u00a0and Harris, in addition to\u00a0showcasing\u00a0American heroes who\u00a0offered their services during the ongoing pandemic. Washington and Longoria will introduce segments spotlighting young people who are bettering their communities,\u00a0and they will also announce the musical acts.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
