<\/p>\nChrissy Teigen shared a heartbreaking note about her son Jack \u2014 whom she lost last year about halfway into her pregnancy \u2014 as her intended due date approached.<\/p>\n

Sharing pictures from the set of husband John Legend\u2019s music video for \u201cWild\u201d \u2014 which served as a pregnancy announcement \u2014 35-year-old Teigen reflected on the dark period in her life.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe would have been here any day now \u2013 if he were like Luna and Miles, I\u2019d probably be holding him as we speak,\u201d she wrote, referencing the couple\u2019s 4-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son.<\/p>\n
\u201cI am so full of regret that I didn\u2019t look at his face when he was born,\u201d she wrote. \u201cI was so scared of seeing him in my nightmares that I forgot about seeing him in my dreams. I hurt every day from that remorse.\u201d<\/p>\n
Teigen and Legend lost baby Jack at the end of September after she had been hospitalized with pregnancy complications. At the time, she shared a heartbreaking image of the couple holding the infant in the hospital.<\/p>\n
\nTeigen, who since has gotten sober and entered therapy following her pregnancy loss, also said she thought she had gotten through the \u201cworst\u201d of the grief.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis month is a rough reminder and to be honest, I thought the worst was over but I guess life and emotions aren\u2019t on any sort of schedule,\u201d she shared.<\/p>\n
She ended her note with a direct message for her Jack.<\/p>\n
