Page Six has learned that Chris Noth will not reprise his role as the iconic Mr. Big in the \u201cSex and the City\u201d reboot.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re also told that David Eigenberg, who played Miranda Hobbes\u2019s love interest, Steve Brady, won\u2019t be returning either but a rep told Page Six on Thursday that the actor is in negotiations to appear in the series.<\/p>\n
Big, of course, was the love interest to Sarah Jessica Parker\u2019s character Carrie Bradshaw over the course of the hit show\u2019s six seasons, and the pair were married \u2014after one dashed wedding attempt \u2014 in the first movie, from 2008.<\/p>\n
In 2010\u2019s sequel, the pair struggled with married life, but by the end, decide to try and make their marriage work.<\/p>\n
But it looks like he\u2019ll be out of her life once more when the new HBO Max series picks up her story.<\/p>\n
In December, Page Six exclusively reported that a reboot of the hit franchise was in the works as limited series on HBO Max. In January, Parker confirmed there would be a ten-episode revival called \u201cAnd Just Like That.\u201d<\/p>\n
As Page Six previously reported, Kim Cattrall, who portrayed libidinous PR maven Samantha Jones, is also not returning after years of soured relations with Parker.<\/p>\n
