Chrissy Teigen<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>shared the special way she is keeping her late son\u00a0Jack\u00a0<\/strong>close to her heart.<\/p>\n

Last September, the\u00a0Cravings\u00a0<\/em>author announced that she and her husband\u00a0John Legend<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>had\u00a0lost their third child<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0in an emotional social media post.<\/p>\n

“We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before. We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough,” Chrissy shared on\u00a0Instagram<\/a>\u00a0at the time.\u00a0“We never decide on our babies’ names until the last possible moment after they’re born, just before we leave the hospital. But we, for some reason, had started to call this little guy in my belly Jack. So he will always be Jack to us.”<\/p>\n

On Feb. 20, Chrissy, who is also a mom to\u00a0Luna<\/strong>, 4, and\u00a0Miles<\/strong>, 2,\u00a0took to her Instagram Story to show how she is remembering baby Jack. She shared a photo of a stack of bracelets with the names of her three children.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

The model wrote, “Today was your due date. We love you forever.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Chrissy\u00a0mentioned Jack’s due date<\/a>\u00a0earlier this month on\u00a0Twitter<\/a>, suggesting that this photo may be from her camera roll. She wrote on Feb. 3, “my little jack would have been born this week so I’m a bit off. I truly feel kicks in my belly, but it’s not phantom. I have surgery for endometriosis tomorrow…but the period feeling this month is exactly like baby kicks. sigh.”<\/p>\n

This isn’t the only way that Chrissy has commemorated\u00a0Jack. In November, an Instagram post revealed that Chrissy had\u00a0Jack’s name tattooed<\/a>\u00a0on her wrist, which is\u00a0perpendicular to her tattoo of “John Luna Miles.”<\/p>\n
