Billionaire Uber co-founder Travis Kalanick has been quietly spending time with Victoria\u2019s Secret model Daniela Lopez Osorio.<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Sources said ousted Uber CEO Kalanick, 44, and Colombian beauty Lopez, 27, began quietly dating during the pandemic after meeting earlier this year in California.<\/p>\n

She\u2019s the model who\u00a0in 2015 gave the timeless quote to The Post, \u201cI don\u2019t eat for me: I eat for my butt,\u201d<\/a>\u00a0before slapping her posterior.<\/p>\n

A source said, \u201cTravis has been dating Daniela since mid-January but they have been trying to keep it very quiet.\u201d<\/p>\n

A rep for Kalanick declined to comment to Page Six, as did Lopez\u2019s spokesperson.<\/p>\n

Lopez was discovered at an Orlando, Fla., Forever 21 at age 17, and become a viral hit when she was seen dancing on the runway at a Lolli swimwear show in Miami in 2014. She moved to New York and signed a contract with Victoria\u2019s Secret Pink the following year.<\/p>\n

She has appeared in the famed Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition and last year starred in a music video for Maluma and The Weeknd\u2019s recording of \u201cHaw\u00e1i\u201d.<\/p>\n

She\u00a0also told The Post in 2015<\/a>, \u201cThe Colombian mentality of beauty is big boobs, liposuction and getting your ass done. Everything is always fake. When we were 15, all my girlfriends got their noses, boobs, liposuction and butts done. My parents weren\u2019t like that.\u201d<\/p>\n

She is the first woman Kalanick, who is said to be worth $2.6 billion, has been been linked to since splitting with his ex, violinist Gaby Holzwarth.<\/p>\n

Holzwarth\u2019s three-year relationship with Kalanick ended in August 2016 and the following year she criticized the alleged sexist atmosphere at Uber,\u00a0telling HuffPost,<\/a>\u00a0\u201cYou go to an event and there\u2019s just a bunch of models they\u2019ve flown in \u2026 That\u2019s what they like to play with. That\u2019s pretty much it.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs a woman struggling with my own insecurities and body image, the best thing for me was to leave that unhealthy world of impossible standards,\u201d she said. (Holzwarth has also credited Kalanick with\u00a0helping her recover<\/a>\u00a0from her eating disorders.)<\/p>\n

Kalanick resigned from Uber in 2017, after controversy over the company\u2019s reportedly unethical culture, including allegations that he ignored reports of sexual harassment at the company.\u00a0In 2018 he launched a venture fund, 10100.<\/p>\n

He has been more recently in the headlines for allegedly allowing maskless parties at his homes in New York and Los Angeles amid the pandemic.<\/p>\n

A crowded, maskless bash filled with \u201crich people\u201d flouting pandemic rules was thrown at Kalanick\u2019s lavish Soho penthouse at the end of the summer, according to reports.<\/p>\n

The party, which was ostensibly hosted by a friend of the\u00a0ousted Uber CEO<\/a>, was thrown in September 2020 and featured \u201clounge music\u201d and lots of \u201cred wine\u201d \u2014 and looked straight off the set of Showtime\u2019s hit drama \u201cBillions,\u201d\u00a0The Cut reported<\/a>. A rep for Talanick said he\u2019d lent his apartment to a friend.<\/p>\n

And in an August Vanity Fair story, Nick Bilton said he was asked about going to a\u00a0celebration at Kalanick\u2019s Los Angeles home<\/a>, and while the fest was held outdoors and was \u201csmaller\u201d than\u00a0previous parties<\/a>, it was reportedly held during a major surge in coronavirus cases in Southern California.<\/p>\n

At the time, large gatherings were only allowed with attendees who came from a single household,\u00a0Business Insider reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
