The daughter of Lionel Richie is dating music executive Elliot Grainge, \u201cEntertainment Tonight\u201d reported on Tuesday. Grainge is the son of Universal Music Group Chairman and CEO Lucian Grainge.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey have been friends for years and Elliot is also close with Sofia\u2019s brother, Miles,\u201d a source told the outlet of Richie\u2019s brother. \u201cIt\u2019s very nice for Sofia to date someone who her family approves of and likes.\u201d<\/p>\n
The source added \u201cSofia and Elliot are happy together and having fun.\u201d<\/p>\n
Richie, 22, posted an Instagram photo with Grainge on March 26 and captioned it with just a sunflower emoji.<\/p>\n
Richie and 27-year-old Grainge, whose 10K Projects produced Tekashi 6ix9ine\u2019s albums, began dating after her brief romance with Matthew Morton.<\/p>\n
Reps for Grainge and Richie didn\u2019t immediately return Page Six\u2019s request for comment.<\/p>\n
Page Six exclusively revealed that Scott Disick, 37, and Richie broke up after nearly three years together over Disick\u2019s struggles and his close relationship with ex Kourtney Kardashian, with whom he shares three children.<\/p>\n
\u201cKourtney didn\u2019t make it easy for her,\u201d our source claimed, \u201cand you can only tolerate that kind of treatment for so long.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nOn a recent episode of \u201cKeeping Up With the Kardashians,\u201d the Talentless founder claimed Richie presented him with an ultimatum.<\/p>\n
\u201cEven when doing that, I feel like she just started wanting to like push Kourtney out and I said like, \u2018That\u2019s the most important thing to me, is my kids and that\u2019s my family and the only family I have,\u2019\u201d he explained. \u201cIncluding you guys along with it.\u201d<\/p>\n
He added, \u201cAnd she was like, \u2018I don\u2019t want to share you as a boyfriend with Kourtney\u2019 and then she literally said with an ultimatum, \u2018You have to choose me or Kourtney.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
