<\/p>\nAshley Cain and partner Safiyya Vorajee revealed their their 8-month-old daughter has \u201cdays to live\u201d amid her battle with leukemia.<\/p>\n
Cain, a former UK footballer who has appeared on MTV\u2019s \u201cThe Challenge,\u201d shared a series of heartbreaking Instagram updates about his daughter Azaylia\u2019s condition, following her initial diagnosis of a \u201crare and aggressive\u201d form of leukemia in October.<\/p>\n

\u201cAzaylia\u2019s last bath in hospital, before we take her home where she belongs,\u201d the 30-year-old father began Friday.<\/p>\n
\u201c9 days ago consultants told us my daughter had 1-2 days to live, but thought she may pass that evening. Even with a barbaric disease consuming her blood, tumors in her brain and organs and amounts of pain I cannot imagine\u2026 She is still battling through 9 days later, with parts of the day with nothing but smiles despite her discomfort,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n
Vorajee, who gave birth to Azaylia in August, also addressed her baby girl\u2019s health crisis, weeks after revealing her daughter\u2019s leukemia had returned.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cAfter Azaylia\u2019s CT and ultrasound scan we have been informed by consultants that they have found tumors in Azaylia\u2019s brain, but also in her kidneys, liver, lungs, and spleen,\u201d Vorajee began Thursday.<\/p>\n
\u201cConsultants said there is no way to tackle the tumors on her brain because of the high pressure in her head. Her chemotherapy is also not reducing the disease in her blood anymore because it is that aggressive,\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n
Vorajee also noted Thursday that medical personnel in Singapore \u201chas not been able to create a CART treatment [CAR T-cell treatment] to cure Azaylia because of the rarity and aggressiveness of her leukemia,\u201d which was \u201cour last, our only and our final option to save Azaylia.\u201d<\/p>\n
Vorajee and Cain had previously set up a Go Fund Me page on Azaylia\u2019s behalf to help fund at the costs. To date, over $2.1 million had been raised.<\/p>\n

\nOn Thursday, an emotional Cain detailed the devastating news in a 10-minute video and their plans to make Azaylia comfortable at home.<\/p>\n
\u201cShe\u2019s one in a trillion, but unfortunately, so is her disease,\u201d Cain said.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re going back home, and we\u2019re going to give, we\u2019re going to try and make our baby as comfortable as possible,\u201d he continued. \u201cAnd we\u2019re going to have as much fun as we can with her as possible.\u201d<\/p>\n
Cain spoke of his daughter\u2019s struggle, \u201cShe\u2019s had a tough, tough, life from 8 weeks old, she\u2019s been in hospital having chemotherapy, operations, transplants.\u201d<\/p>\n
\n\u201cFor the last part of her life, I just want to take her home, treat her like a baby and give her the best rest of her life that we can give her,\u201d Cain continued. \u201cRight now, I\u2019ve got to be stronger than I\u2019ve been because I\u2019m doing it for her. She needs to see her Daddy smiling. She needs to see her Mommy smiling.\u201d<\/p>\n
