Macaulay Culkin<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Brenda Song<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>are home alone together no more!<\/p>\n

The two actors have welcomed their first child together, Culkin’s rep confirmed to E! News. While the pair managed to keep news of their baby on the way a secret until now, the couple’s baby boy arrived on April 5 in Los Angeles, weighing in at 6 lbs. and 14 oz. They named the little one\u00a0Dakota Song Culkin<\/strong>\u00a0in honor of the\u00a0Home Alone<\/em>\u00a0alum’s late older sister, who died after\u00a0being hit by a car in 2008<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The new parents and their baby boy are said to be healthy and happy, according to a press release. As the first-time mom and dad said in a statement,\u00a0“We are overjoyed.”<\/p>\n

The two stars first sparked\u00a0romance rumors in 2017<\/a>. While they’ve managed to keep their romance mostly out of the spotlight, they have made some appearances on each other’s social media over the years.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

In 2018, Culkin\u00a0mentioned wanting to start a family<\/a>\u00a0with Song soon.\u00a0“This one’s a good one, so I’m probably going to put some babies in her in a little bit,” he shared on\u00a0The Joe Rogan Experience<\/em>\u00a0podcast<\/a>. “I mean, we’ve definitely been practicing.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Two years later,\u00a0the Disney Channel alum<\/a>\u00a0did not hide her affections for the former child star when she paid tribute to Culkin\u2014or as she put it, a “magical being”\u2014on his 40th birthday.<\/p>\n
