In the end, she relied on her family to help mend her heart.<\/p>\n
\u201c[My dad is] always super proud of me,\u201d she shared. \u201cMy mom, too. My sister. I\u2019m really fortunate that I have a family that\u2019s super supportive. You gotta have someone you can fall apart with, you know?\u201d<\/p>\n

\nPatrick\u2019s rep confirmed to Page Six in July 2020 that Patrick and Rodgers had split.<\/p>\n
The NFL player eventually moved on with now-fianc\u00e9e Shailene Woodley, whom he met in quarantine. The \u201cBig Little Lies\u201d star confirmed in February 2021 that she and the football star had gotten engaged.<\/p>\n
