<\/p>\n\nSarah Ferguson is in full support of Meghan Markle\u2019s latest venture, despite having Piers Morgan\u2019s back after the anchor railed against Markle\u2019s tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey.<\/p>\n
Ferguson, 61, congratulated Markle, 39, on her new children\u2019s book, \u201cThe Bench,\u201d telling The Daily Mail, \u201cTo sit down and work hard to write a book, in any genre, should be supported and respected.\u201d<\/p>\n
An author herself, Fergie has written over 70 titles and went on to praise Markle and other women who tap into their creativity for a noble cause.<\/p>\n

\u201cTo encourage literacy in general not just children\u2019s books, is a love of mine and to encourage more women to delve into their creative selves and get a book out is very well done,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
Last month, Morgan, 56, claimed Prince Andrew\u2019s ex-wife sent him supportive text messages after he refused to apologize to the Duchess of Sussex for his incendiary comments, leading to his resignation from \u201cGood Morning Britain.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cNot all Royal duchesses were as thrilled as Meghan \u2018Pinocchio\u2019 Markle to see me leave GMB,\u201d he wrote. \u201c\u2018People have said how much they miss your morning joy and humour,\u2019 texted Sarah, Duchess of York, \u2018get back out there!\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

As for Markle\u2019s book, Piers believes its subject matter is \u201cbeyond parody.\u201d<\/p>\n
