<\/p>\nJennifer Aydin\u2019s relationship with her mother is still broken.<\/p>\n
The \u201cRHONJ\u201d star, 44, told Page Six that she and her mom, Josephine Altinel, have not talked in quite some time after they got into a nasty war of words over Josephine\u2019s \u201chostile\u201d relationship with Aydin\u2019s father, John.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re not on speaking terms,\u201d Aydin told Page Six in a recent interview. \u201cThe fighting between her and my dad was getting a little bit hostile and I had to intervene and she targeted me now as being his protector and it just \u2014 we said some ugly things to each other and it\u2019s just, we\u2019re taking some time apart.\u201d<\/p>\n

As viewers know, Aydin and her mom had been fighting all season on the Bravo show as Aydin moved her father into her house to help break up the fighting between her parents.<\/p>\n
Aydin added that she and her mother \u201cboth have a lot of anger\u201d toward each other right now, but she\u2019s hoping that they can move forward.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m just trying to say, like, he\u2019s a 76-year-old man that is disabled, walks with the cane, has the beginnings of Parkinson\u2019s disease,\u201d she explained. \u201cIt\u2019s not humane to just treat somebody so meanly. And I just couldn\u2019t stand by and watch it anymore and she\u2019s mad at me for taking his side.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nShe added, \u201cA lot of people relate to the story. I\u2019ve had so many people like, you always hear about the man being verbally or emotionally abusing to the woman or even aggressive. But you don\u2019t hear so much the woman being verbally abusive towards the man.\u201d<\/p>\n
