The couple announced their engagement on Instagram Sunday, one day after Warner got down on bended knee to propose.<\/p>\n

\u201c05\u202215\u202221 It\u2019s you & me \ud83e\udd0d,\u201d Hightower, 26, gushed of her future groom, while Pro Bowler Warner, 24, wrote, \u201cWhen you know, you know.\u201d<\/p>\n
Hightower, who competed on Peter Weber\u2019s season of \u201cThe Bachelor,\u201d received a slew of well-wishes from Bachelor Nation, including fellow Season 24 alums Madison Prewett and Lexi Buchanan.<\/p>\n
\u201cSHUT UP IM SCREAMING,\u201d Prewett, 25, exclaimed. She also wrote, \u201cSCREAMING,\u201d \u201cCRYING,\u201d \u201cAND CRYING MORE.\u201d<\/p>\n
Buchanan, 27, quipped how Hightower\u2019s engagement news had her \u201con the floor.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cGonna stare at this photo for the next few hours. It\u2019s INSANE how meant for each other you guys are!! Over the moon for you syd,\u201d she gushed.<\/p>\n

Hightower, a retail marketing manager from Alabama, was eliminated by Weber in Week 6 of his season, which wrapped in March 2020.<\/p>\n
In 2018 Fred also played the Senior Bowl. So far in his NFL career, he has scored impressive points against teams like NewYork Giants and Seattle Seahawks.<\/p>\n
By September, however, Hightower was focused on her future with 49ers standout Warner, who was selected by San Franciso in the third round of the 2018 NFL Draft.<\/p>\n
\u201cA year ago today I was packing my bags to fly to LA to start my filming for Bachelor, little did I know I was beginning some of the legitimate most crazy, happy and confusing times of my life,\u201d
\nshe wrote on Instagram at the time.<\/p>\n
