The Duke of Edinburgh left behind an estimated $42 million \u200b(\u00a330 million) when he died last month at the age of 99, the Sun reported.<\/p>\n
While the Queen is expected to be the main beneficiary, he also made sure to take care of some of his aides \u2014 which is unconventional, a royal source has claimed.<\/p>\n
\u201cUnlike some other royals, Prince Philip will be generous to the three men who looked after him,\u201d the insider told the outlet.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese include his private secretary Brigadier Archie Miller Bakewell, his page William Henderson and valet Stephen Niedojadlo.\u201d<\/p>\n
The insider said that his grandchildren may also receive a windfall from the will \u2014 and that Prince Harry would be no exception, despite his public criticism of the royal family since stepping down from his official duties.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cPhilip was not the sort of character to punish a grandson for misbehaving. He was a very fair, even-handed and lovely man. Never held a grudge,\u201d the insider said.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, his four children \u2014 Prince Charles, Princess Anne, Prince Edward and Prince Andrew \u2014 have been told they can \u201ctake what they want\u201d from his book collection, the source claimed.<\/p>\n
A spokesperson for Buckingham Palace declined to confirm the contents of the will.<\/p>\n
