\u201cMom and dad,\u201d\u00a0the \u201cYummy\u201d singer<\/a>, 27, captioned a black-and-white photo\u00a0via Instagram<\/a>\u00a0of the couple on Monday, July 19, sparking some fans to think they were going to be parents.<\/p>\n

One user replied, \u201cWait what? MOM AND DAD?!\u201d A second fan commented, \u201cBaby on the way?\u201d<\/p>\n

Hailey, 24, was quick to point out that\u00a0the Canadian crooner<\/a>\u2019s caption didn\u2019t mean they were going to have a little one anytime soon.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think u should maybe change this caption to *Dog Mom and Dad* before anyone gets it twisted,\u201d she replied, adding a crying laughing emoji.<\/p>\n

A source\u00a0previously told\u00a0Us Weekly<\/em><\/a>\u00a0in December that the model and the musician \u201cwant to start a family when the time is right,\u201d noting that becoming parents has been an \u201congoing\u201d discussion for the pair.<\/p>\n

The insider noted that the pair\u2019s careers are currently their priority. Hailey \u201cloves seeing Justin happy\u201d while performing, while Justin is \u201cvery supportive of\u00a0Hailey\u2019s modeling and TV career<\/a>,\u201d the source explained, adding that the Grammy winner \u201cwould not want to pressure her to settle down.\u201d<\/p>\n

The couple, who\u00a0got married at a New York City courthouse<\/a>\u00a0in September 2018 before celebrating with their friends and family in South Carolina the following year, agreed they aren\u2019t ready to expand their family right now.<\/p>\n
