The model, 33, revealed\u00a0on Instagram<\/a>\u00a0Monday that she and her husband, Justin Ervin, are expecting two more baby boys.<\/p>\n

In a video taken from a sonogram appointment, Graham asks, \u201cIs that twins?\u201d to which her OB-GYN\u00a0replies, \u201cYeah.\u201d<\/p>\n

The clip then cuts to Graham exclaiming, \u201cThat\u2019s a penis!\u201d before inquiring about the sex of the second baby.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s a boy too,\u201d the doctor confirms.<\/p>\n

Graham and Ervin, who are already parents to 1-year-old son Isaac, react in total shock in the video.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re joking me,\u201d Ervin, 32, can be heard saying in the background, while Graham springs to an upright position and says with a laugh, \u201cAre you serious? We\u2019re going to have three boys.\u201d<\/p>\n

Friends and fans of the couple took to the comments section to share in their joy.<\/p>\n
