The “Stranger Things” star was spotted walking arm-in-arm with his girlfriend, Lily Allen, in New York City this week and Page Six noticed a new piece of jewelry on Lily’s left ring finger, fueling a new round of engagement rumors. As of Friday, their reps hadn’t commented, but it’s at least the second time in recent weeks Lily’s worn a gold band on her left hand. David, 44, and Lily, 34, went public as a couple in September, about a month after they were spotted on what appeared to have been a date at a theater in London.
