It’s a Christmas miracle.
Dolly Parton saved the life of a child actress on set of her new Netflix holiday movie “Christmas on the Square.”
Talia Hill, a 9-year-old actress and dancer cast in Parton’s film, revealed that the “Jolene” singer saved her from ending up in what could have been a fatal accident.
“We were on set, and I was at the hot chocolate station, and they said go back to your beginning positions,” Hill recently told Inside Edition. “So there was a vehicle moving, and I was walking, and then somebody grabbed me and pulled me back, and I looked up and it was Dolly Parton.”
Hill, who said she was “in shock” after realizing her savior was none other than the star of the movie, said that Parton, 74, then told her, “‘Well, I am an angel, you know,’ cause she plays an angel in the movie.”
The young actress further detailed the moment, saying that both she and her mom were so grateful.
“[Parton] hugged me and shook me and said, ‘I saved your life,’” Hill said, adding, “And my mom was crying, like, ‘Yes you did, Dolly Parton, yes you did.’”
Her brothers, Tristan and Tyson Hill, were also actors in the movie.
“Christmas on the Square” is available to stream on Netflix.
