Is Prince Harry planning to stay in his longtime home of Notingham Cottage at Kensington Palace now that he’s married? The Daily Mail suspects not. A new report claims Queen Elizabeth recently offered to give Harry and Duchess Meghan Adelaide Cottage as a gift. The large yet “picturesque” home, located inside Windsor Palace, was built in 1831 for William IV’s wife, Queen Adelaide, to use as a retreat. Princess Margaret’s lover, Group Captain Peter Townsend, later lived there. According to the Mail, Harry, who’s in the Netherlands this week, and Meghan recently attended a viewing of the pad, which underwent a renovation a few years back. They are said to have been sold on it and expected to move in soon. No word yet from Kensington Palace on the rumored plan.
