Selena Gomez finally unloads Texas mansion at a reduced price

After sitting on the market for months and undergoing multiple price drops,

Selena Gomez’s Texas mansion has finally found a buyer.

The singer’s sprawling, five-bedroom, six-bathroom home in Montserrat,

a gated community in Fort Worth, sold for $2.7 million, according to the Daily Mail.

The final sale price was a significant drop from Selena’s initial $3.499 asking price.

Selena reportedly lopped a pile of cash off the listing and took it off the market for a while before unloading it.

The pad, which she bought in 2015, features a guest house, pool and spa.
