Megan Fox And Brian Austin Green Have Cut His Oldest Son Out Of Their Lives Claims Vanessa Marcil
For years, actress Vanessa Marcil was locked in a bitter custody battle with her ex, former Beverly Hills 90210 star Brian Austin Green, and this past weekend she spoke publicly about it for the first time. On Sunday, Marcil revealed that Green and his wife, Megan Fox, are not in contact with his oldest son (who he shares with Marcil), Kassius.
The 50-year-old actress started sharing her story on Instagram by talking about journalist Lisa Ling’s show on custody cases. Then, she gave specific details about what she has been through with Green.
“12 years ago I was served legal papers and then spent 8 years+ defending myself and my son in custody court in response to his father & his stepmother trying to get full custody (that means I would have seen my son four days a month) and then asking me to pay them child support. They lost that case & a civil case asking me for 200,000,” wrote Marcil.

Green and Marcil welcomed their now 16-year-old son back in March 2002. But, after they split Green married Fox, and they now have three sons together.
Marcil says that she never spoke publicly about her custody case because when she was in the middle of it, Kassius was young and she wanted to shield him from the paparazzi. She added that she never asked for child support and has never tried to keep her son from seeing his dad.
However, after Green and Fox lost their court cases, which the judge called “frivolous,” they decided to cut themselves and their children out of Kassius’ life. Marcil says that her son has never met his youngest brother, and he isn’t allowed to know where his dad, stepmom, and younger brothers live.
The former General Hospital star says that custody cases hurt children, and she urged her followers to put their kids first. Marcil then concluded that Kassius has been “truly heartbroken” since Green and Fox cut him off without explanation, and she encouraged everyone to do better for their kids.
According to Us Weekly, back in August Green shared a pic of Kassius in his school production of Aladdin, and Marcil reposted the pic this week and said that she was the one who took the photo that Green shared.

Megan Fox and Green are pretty private when it comes to their three boys. But, the Transformers actress did recently share a pic of her sons celebrating Halloween.
Brian Austin Green recently told People that he has four sons, and he thought about having a fifth, so he has a basketball team. However, he would really like to have a little girl.
