Elle Fanning’s new film, “Teen Spirit” about a teenager who enters a singing competition,
marks the 20-year-old star’s first onscreen vocal performance.
That may be why she wanted her sister, Dakota Fanning, to see and hear her in
action at this week’s premiere. E! News reports a Prada clad Dakota, 25, stood by her little sis,
decked out in Rodarte, on the red carpet at the Los Angeles premiere on Tuesday, April 2.
“I’ve always wanted to sing in a film,” Elle recently told Teen Vogue.
“Singing was something I’ve always loved to do, but I’ve never really gotten to showcase
that part of myself.” “Teen Spirit” hits the big screen April 12.
