Inside Kamala Harris’ San Francisco home she just sold at a huge profit
Now that Kamala Harris is living next door to Joe Biden, she no longer needs her Golden City abode.
Vice President Harris, 56, scored big when she sold off her longtime San Francisco condo for $799,000 on Feb. 17 — only two weeks after it hit the market, the Wall Street Journal first reported.
She initially purchased the home back in 2004 for $489,000.
Built in 1998, the one-bedroom, two-bathroom abode spans 1,069 square feet — which is considered fairly spacious for San Francisco.
Located on the top floor of a boutique building, the apartment is described as an “elegant haven” in the convenient South of Market neighborhood.

The main level has an open floor plan with soaring ceilings.
It features a chef’s kitchen with a gas stove.
It also includes a home office in an alcove, a fireplace and a half-bathroom.
The living area opens up to a nice patio overlooking the street.
Up the stairs is a loft bedroom with a full bathroom and walk-in closet.
The sophisticated space has an abundance of custom touches and finishes.
It comes with a full-size washer and dryer, garage parking and additional storage space.
The building itself has had a new roof, garage door and intercom system installed within the past two years.
There is easy access to the freeways, downtown and a Whole Foods store. The unit is about a half-mile walk from the San Francisco Superior Court House.
This is just one of many properties that Harris had in her portfolio.
Currently, she has another condo in Washington, DC, and a house in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles.
She is temporarily residing at The Blair House across the street from the White House while the US Naval Observatory — the traditional home of the vice president — undergoes renovations.
