At last week’s World Economic Forum at Davos, Switzerland, Global Citizen ambassador Priyanka Chopra Jonas praised the organization for using technology “to give citizens … the ammunition and the knowledge … to be agents of change, to implore and demand change from the governments that promised it.” Turns out she’s also been working towards another tech-focused goal, albeit a less lofty one. Variety reports the actress is in the final round of negotiations to join the cast of the fourth “Matrix” film alongside Keanu Reeves, Carrie-Anne Moss and Neil Patrick Harris. The project is still untitled, but insiders tell the outlet the actors involved have already been “in fight training” ahead of production, which reportedly kicks off soon in Northern California.
