Taylor Swift had major touring plans in support of “Lover” for the rest of the year, but they’ve all officially been put on hold because of the coronavirus crisis. In the wake of news Glastonbury, which she was set to headline, won’t happen this year, the singer’s team announced this week that they’ve nixed all of her upcoming live appearances and performances for the remainder of the years, according to the New York Post. That includes 10 festivals in Europe and her planned “Lover Fests.” “I’m so sad I won’t be able to see you guys in concert this year, but I know this is the right decision,” Taylor tweeted on Friday, April 17. “Please, please stay healthy and safe. I’ll see you on stage as soon as I can but right now what’s important is committing to this quarantine, for the sake of all of us.” Her U.S. dates are expected to be rescheduled for 2021.
