Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden welcomed their first child at the start of the year.
And the famous couple just snagged a nearly 10k square foot move-in ready home for their growing family in the Benedict Canyon area, north of Beverly Hills.
With seven bedroom, 10 bathroom, and a resort style pool the actress and Good Charlotte guitarist paid $14.7m for the modern farmhouse, Dirt shared on Friday.
The home sits on 1.68 acres and is surrounded by lush trees and rolling hills.

The home is built with concrete as the main visible component on the outer walls and is used in large slab walkways.
Both the concrete material and black standing seam metal roof appears to have been used to provide the home with resistance to wild fires as it is tucked in the hills of west Los Angeles.
The backyard of the home continues with all minimalist concrete walkways that are lined with outdoor lounge beds, a small seating area and an outdoor BBQ area.
One corner of the yard features a flat grassy area, while the other is filled with an in ground pool and hot tub.
