Based on this cast, it doesn’t look like there’s going to be some sort of dork outreach program.
Kourtney Kardashian revealed that she’s joined the cast of “He’s All That,” a remake of the beloved 1999 film “She’s All That” starring TikTok personality Addison Rae.
Posting a photo of herself reading a script, 41-year-old Kardashian wrote, “studying @hesallthatmovie.”
“Work partner,” Rae, 20, wrote of the photo, which she re-shared on her Instagram Story.
The official Instagram account for the movie revealed Kardashian’s character’s name as Jessica Miles Torres. It’s unclear what relationship she’ll have to the two main characters, Padgett Sawyer (Rae) and Cameron Kweller (“Cobra Kai” actor Tanner Buchanan).
In a switch from the classic, Sawyer is inspired by the original movie’s all-star Zack Siler (Freddie Prinze Jr.), while Kweller will star as the nerdy outcast who gets a makeover from Sawyer.
“He’s All That” will be Kardashian’s first major media project since the ending of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”
Filming of “He’s All That” already hit a snag — and a controversy — when Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti ordered a temporary shut down of Union Station, a major COVID-19 testing site, about a week ago to film the gender-swapped remake. He reversed the order after a night of outrage.
“My team has worked to reopen testing at Union Station on Tuesday,” Garcetti announced on Twitter. “The 504 Angelenos who were scheduled for a test there can visit the kiosk as originally planned.
