Stassi Schroeder is about to make a comeback attempt, it seems.
The disgraced reality star was ignominiously fired by her agent and publicist in June after she was ousted from “Vanderpump Rules” for rascist bullying.
But Page Six is told that she’s just hired a powerful new PR agency and is getting ready to try to return to the limelight.
Schroeder was fired from the reality show in June after former co-star Faith Stowers — the show’s only Black cast member — revealed that Schroeder and fellow “Vanderpump” star Kristen Doute had reported her to police for a crime she didn’t commit. It appears that they made the report only because the real criminal was also Black. Schroeder later bragged about the incident on a podcast.
Now we’re told she’s hired PR and branding firm Align
— which also reps Matthew McConaughey, tennis star Naomi Osaka, Jameela Jamil and Lea Michelle, among others — to get her name back in the headlines for more appealing reasons.
“Just in time for the baby,” sniffed an insider, who suspected that Schroeder might be hoping the good will from the imminent delivery of her first child might give her a leg-up in her attempt to rebuild her image. She’s due in January.
Meanwhile, Page Six has reported that Stowers is working on her own reality show, which is being produced by Maria Menounos and her husband.
