Jennifer Aniston is thinking outside the Hollywood box.
During her recent appearance on “People (The TV Show!),” host Kay Adams asked if the “Friends” alum believes that relationships between public figures and non-public figures could work.
“Of course,” 52-year-old Aniston — who was previously married to Brad Pitt and Justin Theroux — replied, adding, “Absolutely. I mean, it’s happened. That’s what I’m sort of hoping for is not necessarily somebody in the industry itself. That’d be nice.”
Aniston may still be looking for love, but she has no intention of going modern on the hunt, previously expressing that she has no intention of turning to online dating.
“I’m going to just stick to the normal ways of dating. Having someone ask you out. That’s the way I would prefer it,” she told People in June.
The actress also told the website that she won’t be walking down the aisle again.
“It’s not on my radar,” she had said of getting married. “I’m interested in finding a fantastic partner and just living an enjoyable life and having fun with one another. That’s all we should hope for. It doesn’t have to be etched in stone in legal documents.”
Aniston was recently rumored to be dating David Schwimmer, but her former “Friends” co-star debunked the reports.
“The Morning Show” star was married to Pitt from 2000 to 2005 and Theroux from 2015 to 2017. Fortunately, she remains friends with both exes.
I would say we’ve remained friends,” Theroux told Esquire in April, adding, “We don’t talk every day, but we call each other. We FaceTime. We text.”
Meanwhile, Aniston and Pitt have recently been very friendly with each other, getting flirty during the virtual “Fast Times at Ridgemont High” table read in September 2020 and sharing a sweet moment at the SAG Awards that same year.
Pitt and Aniston initially split after he cheated on her with Angelina Jolie, whom he eventually married. He and Jolie are currently in the middle of a heated divorce.
But Aniston asserted that there’s “no oddness” between her and bucket Brad, saying last year, “Brad and I are buddies, we’re friends.”
